Placing an order with EGROUP UK LTD couldn’t be easier.
If you have not already got an account set up with us we will require you to complete a new customer account form to get set up on our system.
If you are a pharmaceutical customer we will also require your appropriate legal credentials, as per the MHRA regulations. We will request a copy of your annual pharmacy / Wholesale license annually, and we also check the active status of your license every quarter with the relevant government department.
Once you are all set up, we are ready to go!
You can email us, telephone us, or even send us a WhatsApp message with your requirements. We will respond quickly with a proforma invoice, and also advise any lines that there are current availability issues with.
It is important to note that while most product pricing stays consistent through a monthly period; the price of generic pharmaceuticals do change daily. For this reason, we request you to confirm any generic order as soon as possible to avoid any major price changes.
Once the order is confirmed by yourself we will start processing your order. Even though we do hold a large range of stocks, we often order in from manufacturers to ensure we are supplying you the freshest stock with the best possible expiry date. We aim to always supply products with a minimum of 12 months’ expiry (If products have an expiry date). If we are not able to supply a 12 month minimum date, we will always discuss with you before shipping out an order.
We will pack your order as per your personal requirements. If you have not requested any special packaging, we supply full manufacturer cases as they are, and if they are not full cases, we will repack your goods into strong uniform neutral boxes. We use two box sizes (L 30cm x W 40cm x H 40cm) and (L 60cm x W 40cm x H 40cm) which are ideal for health products. They are light enough to carry easily and stack perfectly on a pallet, which improves safety during transportation.
With each order, we affix an invoice (and batch packing list for pharmaceutical orders) onto the consignment unless you have requested otherwise.
We can dispatch using any courier or shipping service of your choice nationwide and internationally.
